The function goac9_tiho is the final step in the ac9 processing scheme. It takes stripped data from the ctd and ac9 that is merged by the merge_ac9 function and uses it do create final .mat, .ts, and .cal files for the final folder. In order to create these files, not only does goac9 depend on the stripped merged files, but also on par files. The par files contain the latest parameters for goac9_tiho to operate such offset values, commands and constants. The par files are goac9.par which should be copied from the previous processing session folder, and goac9_def.par, which is not altered like the goac9.par could be if constants change. goac9_tiho also needs the upused.txt file to determine which files to operate on.
