LISST processing instructions

The LISST 1284 went back to Sequoia to service its depth gauge February 2011. A new factory cal file is now being used. The LISST V5 software needs files in its installed "LISST 100" folder so any updated factory .ini or .asc zscat files should also be placed in this folder.

processing steps: Create pb# directory structure folders --Sequoia --processing --raw Run SOPV5 batch processing software making sure appropriate zscat and raw files are used. Output file folder is "Sequoia" Spherical shape model is being used Change directory to "processing" Two Matlab files will be run 

  LISST_pick_us_cast_v2.m (path,pb#,0/1)Zero is spherical, 1 is random shaped particles
  process_LISST_profile.m (path,pb#,0,1)

plots generated show particle concentration in specific size window(1.44 to 231 um), confidence interval, log10 regression coefficients, and beam C

It's always a good idea to look at the LISST calibration time series after each processing.
