Analyzing processed AC-9 files

After AC9 files have been processed, it is always good to check the spectra to confirm it has been processed correctly.

For doing this, any plot function can be used, however the mfile plot_ac9_final.m is already in place for doing such checks. Look at the mfile for further understanding of its function.
