Deemmer
Overview
This is a small function called inside the binning script. In the initial conversion from the wetview .dat file to the lcd file leaves some '^M'(control M) after the text which is visible on a mac. To get rid of these, deemmer reads the lines that contain these, reformats them and rewrites them. The output of this is put back into the binner script.
