My general duty is to participate as a research team member with Drs. Siegel, Nelson, and Maritorena working on the interpretation of in-situ ocean color data.<br/>
<br/>
My specific responsibilities include:<br/>
<br/>
1) The processing of incoming ocean optical data.
2) The performance of QA/QC measures for various data sets including measurements from profiling radiometers, water samples of phytoplankton and particulates, and basic oceanographic parameters.<br/>
3) The maintenance of the ocean color database<br/>
4) Acting as the 'Data Librarian' for the Ocean Color Group<br/>
