Overview
This function takes the outputted scale and offset corrections from createdepth_ac9_pnb and applies them to the depth column in the .datmatrix file that was made by conv2lcd. The output of this function is an updated .lcd file which now has a 'z' in front of the lcd name. The file name now looks like zyymmdd(abcdefgx).lcd. zcorr also makes an updated matrix file with the .zcor extension.
