This is a similar function to moavg except it is run independently for all the wavelength channels. It processes each up and downcast lcd and matrix using the list_ac9dz or list_hs6 file.
When indmovavg is done running it places an 'm' in front of the channel that is being processed in the sampled parameters. The output of this is a new movamdz matrix file and a mdzyymmdd(abcdefgx).lcd file. A new list_ac9mdz file is also created.
