Overview
This function is run after ctd_strip and E_BBstrip are run independently. It runs the stripped data and asks for user input to select the steps of the cast; and then computes a depth scale and offset for the AC9 data. The scale and offset are outputted to the command screen when createdepth_ac9_pnb is finished.
