The PnB or Plumes and Blooms processing is used for processing data currently collected from the AC9, Hydroscat, and CTD deployed on the Plumes and Blooms cruises in the Santa Barbara Channel. Data from the instruments is originally in a raw format, where it is processed through instrument manufacturers software to get a basic data file. After each station is processed with the instrument manufacturers software, it is then processed with the scripts outlined in these pages.
Erik's updated MATLAB scripts for pnb processing are located in /home/data65/pb/PROCESSING_SCRIPTS/PNB_updated_matlab
More specific information about the cruises and instruments can be found at the ICESS PnB website
