Calibration

The Wetlabs AC9 instrument is processed before every PnB cruise. During the calibration process, AC9 readings are recorded in Wetview from 'a' and 'c' channels when de-gassed Q water is run through the instrument. Temperature of the water is also noted. At the end of the calibration procedure wtr_d_yymmdd*.dat and yymmddwatertemp.txt files are created, with '*' denoting the letter designation of the run made(starting with a). Typically three runs are standard to get consistent and accurate values.
