Hs6bt

This is the same script as ac9bt. hs69bt cycles through each .lcd file and corresponding datafile and determines where to split them in up and downcasts. hs6bt makes the cast ID matrix and inserts it into the h*.lcd file. This function calls the E_BBstrip function and bt_ac9.
