Overview
This is an important part of the processing scheme. ac9bt cycles through each .lcd file and corresponding .zcor datafile and determines where to split them in up and downcasts. ac9bt makes the cast ID matrix and inserts it into the z*.lcd file. This function calls the E_BBstrip function and bt_ac9.
